We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we are here to assist you in the event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the details below for information on how to request a replacement or refund.
Return and Refund Eligibility
- Our return and refund policy lasts for 7 days from the delivery date or 15 days from the order date, exclusively for replacement or refund requests. If your request falls outside of this timeframe, we regret that we cannot accommodate your request.
If you encounter any of the following shipping issues, please get in touch with us to report the problem and request a refund or replacement:
No Tracking Updates: If the tracking system shows no updated progress for an extended period, we will process a refund or reshipment if there have been no tracking updates for more than 10 business days (for orders within the US) or more than 30 days (for international orders). Please note that we cannot issue refunds for delays caused by adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances that affect our carriers.
Incorrect Address: If your package is delivered to an incorrect address, we will either refund or replace the item.
Return to Sender: In cases where the package was returned to the sender, even if the address provided was valid and accurate, we will be delighted to replace the order or refund your purchase.
Lost in Mail: If the post office confirms that the package was lost in the mail, we will either replace the lost order or provide a refund.
If the item(s) you received meets one of the conditions below, please contact us to report the issue and request a refund or a replacement. To process your request, it’s crucial to attach an image of proof in the contact form.
Incorrect or Defective Item: For incorrect or defective items, we can either refund or replace your order.
Damaged or Broken Item: In the case of damaged or broken items, we can either refund or replace your order.
Missing Items: If your order arrives with one or more items missing, we will promptly ship out the missing piece. Please note that detailed photos are required for quality control purposes.
Quality Issues: If your order items have quality issues, such as blurry or faded printing, we can either refund or replace your order.
Wrong Item Received: If the item you received is entirely different from what you ordered, we can either refund or replace your order.
Filing a Request
To file a claim, please send an email to [email protected] and include the following information:

- Subject: Type: Order Issue
- Specify the issue with your order
- Request action: Replace or Refund
- Order Number
- Attached picture/video of proof
Our support team will carefully review the evidence you provide for defective items, and if eligible, we will resend the product at no additional cost to you. If sending a replacement product is not practical in rare cases, we will reimburse you for the full cost of the eligible product, including shipping costs.
We do not offer replacements or refunds for mistakes made by the customer, including incorrect shipping addresses, invalid address entry, improper care, or damages during use. We also cannot accommodate replacements or refunds for errors related to size, design, color choices, etc. Therefore, please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase to ensure its accuracy.
In such cases, our company may offer you a discount for reordering.
The refund process may take up to 14 business days and will be credited via your original form of payment. Please note that modifications are not allowed for replacement items.
